Cleburne is the Youngest Territory in the Pine Republic
One Acre of pure nature preserve is what sits within the borders of our territory, Cleburne. Named for the Irish General that defended Ringgold Gap, Georgia, in the War Between the States, the nature preserve is designated as a place to preserve wildlife as it is now, and has always been. The land sits in Cobb County, Georgia, and it is historic, as it has likely been untouched since the 1800's. Remnants of an old barbed wire fence remain in the form of rusted metal posts. No human structure other than that exists inside of it. Surrounding its borders are neighborhoods and a major road. This little piece of untouched land is key to the Pine Republic as it holds our only waterway. The small creek is unnamed officially, but it runs through much of the are and through our borders as well. The Creek is to be named, to us, as Watkins Creek, after Sam Watkins of the 1st Tennessee who served in the War Between the States not far from the location of the preserve.

There is no population on this particular piece of territory, therefore, it is governed directly by the president. Since it is also a Nature Preserve, many of the decision for the territory are made directly by the NPA.
